Terms of Service
Draft terms describing current practices, pending owner and legal review. Deposit, cancellation, refund, and liability terms are provided in your written quote.
Quote requests. Submitting the online form requests a quote. Your move is reserved only after EGA Moving Co confirms availability, you accept the written quote, and any required reservation steps are completed. Selected dates and arrival windows are preferences until confirmed.
Flat-rate quotes. Quotes are based on the details you provide. If the actual scope differs materially — additional items, added stops, or access conditions not disclosed — the price will be updated and must be approved by you before any additional work is performed.
Scheduling and cancellations. Please notify us as early as possible about changes. Emergency and short-notice moves are subject to crew availability.
Restricted items. We cannot transport hazardous materials, including propane, gasoline, paint, fireworks, and ammunition.
