Terms of Service

Booking requests. Submitting the online form is a request for service. A move is scheduled only after EGA Moving Co confirms availability, pricing, and final details with you directly.

Flat-rate quotes. Quotes are based on the details you provide. If the actual scope differs materially — additional items, added stops, or access conditions not disclosed — the price may be adjusted and reconfirmed before work continues.

Scheduling and cancellations. Please notify us as early as possible about changes. Emergency and short-notice moves are subject to crew availability.

Restricted items. We cannot transport hazardous materials, including propane, gasoline, paint, fireworks, and ammunition.
