Privacy Policy

Information we collect. When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination addresses or ZIP codes, move details (home size, stairs or elevator, heavy items, notes), your preferred date and arrival window, and the consent choices you make. Property managers who contact us share their name, company, contact details, and property information.

How we use it. To review your request, confirm availability, prepare your quote, coordinate your move, let you track your request, and follow up about service. We do not sell your information.

Where it is stored. Request details are stored in our secure hosted database (Lovable Cloud) and are accessible only to signed-in EGA staff. Your tracking link is private to you.

Email and text messages. We contact you by email about your request. Text messages are sent only if you opt in; SMS consent is optional and you can reply STOP at any time.

Payments. If you pay online, card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout. We do not see or store your full card number.

Analytics and advertising. This site does not currently run Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, or other advertising trackers. If we add them, this policy will be updated first.

Access and deletion. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
