Is the price confirmed before the move?

Yes. Once we review your move details we send a clear flat-rate price. You approve it before moving day, and it does not change unless the scope of the move changes.

Do you provide the moving truck?

We provide a truck for most local residential moves. We also offer labor-only service if you already have a truck, trailer, or portable container.

Can you move apartments with stairs?

Absolutely. Stairs, walk-ups, and elevator buildings are routine for our crews. Just note the stair or elevator details in your booking request so we plan the right crew size.

What items cannot be transported?

For safety and legal reasons we cannot transport hazardous materials such as propane tanks, gasoline, paint, fireworks, or ammunition. We also recommend you personally carry cash, jewelry, medication, and important documents.

How should I prepare before the crew arrives?

Have boxes packed and sealed, clear walkways, reserve parking near the entrance if possible, and set aside anything you do not want loaded. Let us know about fragile or unusually heavy items ahead of time.
